Privacy Policy
§ 1 General Provisions
- This Privacy Policy aims to ensure the security of every user of the Website. Using the Website constitutes acceptance of the terms of the Privacy Policy.
- The definitions used in the Privacy Policy should be understood as follows:
a) User – a natural person visiting the Website

d) Privacy Policy – this document.
- For the purposes of better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced with the terms "You" and "Administrator" – "We." The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- The Administrator recommends using the latest versions of web browsers. If the User uses older versions of browsers and/or other than the latest versions available, the Administrator does not guarantee the proper operation of the Website.
§ 2 Personal Data Controller
- Data, including personal data, is collected via forms from the User and provided during a visit to the Website.
- We process personal data such as name, surname, email address, and contact phone number.
- Personal data is processed:
a) in accordance with personal data protection regulations
b) in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy
c) to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent you expressed on the Website
d) to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
- Every data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

- We reserve the right to process your data until you withdraw your consent, but for no longer than 2 weeks.
- Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawing consent or filing a legally permissible objection to personal data processing.
- We reserve the right to process your data after withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to pursue potential claims in court or if national, EU, or international law obliges us to retain data.
§ 3 Personal Data Protection
- Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and data is stored on secured servers.
- We respect the right to privacy and ensure data security. For this purpose, we use, among other things, a secure encryption protocol for communication using the Website.
- Personal data provided on the Website is treated confidentially and is not visible to third parties except the Administrator and authorized persons on the Administrator's side.
- The Administrator does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under applicable law.We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption, and have implemented access control, minimizing the effects of any potential data security breach.
- Personal data is processed only by individuals authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate. The Administrator may sub-entrust personal data as part of providing IT services or storing data on a server.
- We declare that we provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that the processing meets the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "GDPR") and protects the rights of data subjects.We declare that:
a) we process personal data only on the documented instructions of the website visitor, including the transfer of personal data to a third country or international organization – unless such an obligation is imposed on us by EU law or the law of the Member State to which we are subject.
b) we ensure that persons authorized to process personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality;
c) we take all measures required under Article 32 of the GDPR;
d) we comply with the terms and conditions of use of another processor referred to in Article 28 paragraphs 2 and 4 of the GDPR.
§ 4 Information about Cookies
